BIKE – Hot Laps Albert Park (Intermediate to Advanced)

Session Overview:
This high-energy session features structured laps around Albert Park Lake, designed to boost speed, endurance, and group riding skills. Check your training program for the specifics tailored to you, and come ready to push the pace!

What to Bring:

• Bike lights (front and rear), phone, spare tube, levers, CO2, and gels or other nutrition.
• Tri-Alliance apparel is mandatory to ensure safety and unity within the group.

Schedule:

• 5:55 AM: Meet outside the MSAC main entrance for a briefing.
• 6:00 AM: Roll out for hot laps—be on time!

• This session is best suited for intermediate to advanced athletes.
• Ride safely, stay together, and give it your all on every lap!
